We have collaborated with Istidama Consulting on designing and conducting a research project targeting the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. The project had two main pillars one was conducting a perception survey to inform design and development of an upcoming communication strategy and communication campaign, the second was a pre launch testing for the developed communications tools. The team demonstrated professionalism and flexibility to accommodate clients and stakeholders’ needs with solid technical capabilities and research expertise. We have been really satisfied with the outputs of this collaboration and would like to commend Istidama Consulting for the quality of services they offer. CIPE contracted Istidama Consulting to conduct an economic impact assessment for 12 business associations across Jordan. Istidama’s agility, technical expertise, and local insights allowed for the successful implementation of the key assessment, the results of which were used to inform adjustments to CIPE’s economic development programming in key sectors across Jordan. Due to Istidama’s excellent work on the aforementioned project, CIPE also contracted Istidama again to develop sector-specific service manuals for 4 business organizations. Istidama demonstrated impeccable work ethic and commitment to professionalism during every interaction with CIPE. Istidama went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that both projects were completed on time and according to schedule, and they truly understood the needs of CIPE.

Istidama had been contracted by -GIZ/PRM project “Supporting Participatory Resources Management to Stabilize the Situation in Host Communities” to conduct a comprehensive baselines analysis of water situation in Jerash camp. The study aimed to asses the water situations in households/shelters in the camp and identifying the needed interventions to improve the water situation. Istidama carried a door-to-door survey in a very efficient and professional way. The methodology, approach and the quality of the work proved that Istidama is a very professional, reliable and is a competent company. The team is committed, proactive and always ready to help beyond the frame of tasks.

It was a pleasure of working with Istidama Consulting on a research consultancy for NRC. The project focused on examining decent work conditions for Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon. Istidama conducted regional surveys, over 2,000 phone interviews, and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from NRC and UNHCR. They analyzed the data, identified key findings, and developed two comprehensive reports. Throughout the project, Istidama demonstrated a strong work ethic, adaptability to contextual changes, and ensured high-quality work within the agreed timeframe.

Istidama Consulting has worked with the Better Work Jordan Programme on 2 initiatives, a study on Social Media and Cyberbullying Among Workers in the Jordan Garment Industry and a Mapping and Analysis of Grievance Redress Mechanisms in the Jordanian Garments Sector. We highly appreciate the way they structured their reports around the available theory and evidence from the literature and contextualized them with qualitative and quantitative analysis. During both exercises, Istidama has proven their strong report development expertise and ability to engage audiences on complex issues.
